Long ago, Angels and Demons were at war with each other. They’d never gotten along, but one day tensions finally boiled over and a vicious war was the result. It is to be understood that both sides were aristocracies ruled by monarchs; they were not famous figures remembered as savages. The Angels were ruled by their King Gabriel, the Demons by their Queen Salaz. When the war finally grew out of hand, the two monarchs knew the only way to end the endless battle was by marriage. Only then would both sides be at peace. The two monarchs bravely put aside their differences and created a union. Their subjects loyally followed the movement and finally Angels and Demons were at ease, even worked together to build a new castle and court. Everything seemed settled at last, though it was short lived as their new ally’s betrayed them. The castle was raided by those who didn’t approve of the unity and slaughtered all those who opposed their judgment, including the reigning monarchs. The Angels and Demons of the court who were too strong to kill were sent into exile for the rest of time...

Those in exile have plotted their fair share of centuries unlocking all manner of prophecies, riddles, stories, and rumors as they sought their revenge. Only recently have they discovered that two new monarchs are out there somewhere in the world to be found. The only way to find the new King and Queen is by their marks that will only reveal themselves when the monarchs have met for the first time. These clueless creatures are all the exiles have to hope for to do away with old prejudices once and for all so they might be able to return home once again...

Personality: He's very corky, sarcastic, and sweet. He always smiles and tries to make others smile. He's also very protective of anyone whos dear to him or whos innocent and doesn't deserve to be caught in a fight. He's a lover most times but he can be a fighter and thats where his angelic side comes out making him a ferice warrior.

Background: Ethan was an Orphan on the east side of the city his mother died in birth and his father wasn't ready to take care of him. He is a pure blood Angel and has always had trouble with his powers even when he was a baby. When he was almost 1 his adoptive mother saw him and she being an angel herself knew he would be indanger if he was left out in the city alone where demons could have him so she adopted him. His father Michael enjoyed having him as a son and taught him everything he knows, told him stories of the battles he was in, and how to use his powers. when he was three his adoptive mom had Twin girls but at the cost of her life. now their all one big happy family 15 years later.

Siblings: Emily is a sweet girl but she is a trouble maker always the tough one taking care of her little sister. Emily loves fighting she also enjoys to run it helps her unwind and she usually runs in the wrong side of the city getting her in trouble. She has a special connect to the elements.

Cindy is an innocent, smart, and creative person who loves animals, shes's always been picked on because of how she stares at the clouds and smiles people have always thought she was slow until she opens her mouth and shows her genious. She has a special connection to the animals.

Personality: Donia is a bit of a loner, but it's not by choice. She isn't very good with mingling with people or having a pleasant conversation. Perhaps a little too confident for other people's liking. She's generally intimidating person by nature of course, and not exactly someone you would want to willingly trust, that’s usually her inner Demon showing. A good thing to keep in mind is that she has a short fuse, and can blow up at the smallest thing; more of her inner Demon. Only when she feels it absolutely necessary will she take you seriously.
Background: Her original parents were very young when Donia was born, as it was an unexpected birth. Naturally, they freaked out because they knew they weren’t fit to be parents, they also knew that what they’d brought into this world was not to be tainted so early on for they knew that she was special. They gave up their daughter for adoption. Donia wasn’t lucky when she adopted by mortals who knew nothing of Demons or Angels. Donia grew up without a clue of her real heritage, but she found that as she grew and her powers developed, she could easily embrace them. It took a lot of practice and wit to hide her abilities from her parents, but they were a bit preoccupied with their new baby, Erika. Erika and Donia were as close as sisters should be, whether they were related by blood or not. They had each others backs, even nowadays.

Siblings: Erika adores her big sister. They are as thick as thieves, because Donia trusted her enough to let her know her secret. Erika does everything in her power to help Donia and wants to become just like (in character). She’s spunky and charismatic, not to mention observant. She absolutely adores vampire legends and likes to look like one, much to her parents horror.

Personality: Overly protective of his sister for he has a soft spot for her. He’s practically dedicated his whole life to protecting her because he couldn’t during the betrayal. He blames himself for her scars. He won’t let anything get in his way much like his sister and is cold and calculating.

Notes: He can create artificial lightening and controls electricity and therefore technology. Requires energy through touch. Only the King and Queen can revert this.

The sound of clamoring drums and bass was vibrating in Emily's ear as she ran down a city street. She didn't know it but she was on the bad side of town where demons thrives without angel interference. She was in her own world as her feet glided over the pavement her red curls held tightly back bounced with each stride. then all of a sudden she slammed into another person taking both of them to the ground.

It was nearly sunset; Erika’s favorite time of day. She felt safer on this side of the city, not only was her sister’s demonic protection strongest but because the sun set on this side. At a leisurely pace, she sauntered down the side walk, her attention focused solely on the sun bleeding into the red sky. She was so preoccupied with the whole nature scene before her that hardly even saw the other girl coming her way. She yelped when the girl collided with her and they went tumbling. Her eyes narrowed as she glared at whoever had the nerve to knock her down, her red contacts looking ominous. She scrambled to her feet, flipping her dyed red hair over her shoulder, quickly recognizing the angelic aura around her upon inspection. “Watch where you’re going next time!” she spat at the stranger with distaste.

Emily stood up gracefully her soft brown eyes looked at the imposter as she picked up her ipod. "Why don't you start for me my dear" she peppily said her smile so fake it would turn anyone sick. she smoothed her hair back into place as her smile vanished in a second "and why don't you loose the make up your not fooling anyone." her voice was harsh as she looked the girl up and down a small chuckle almost lifted from her chest but she stifled it to keep her full effect on what she had said.

“Excuse me?” Erika scoffed, making a show of rolling her eyes at her fake smile. This girl’s sarcasm was disgusting to behold. “I though your kind was supposed to be really nice. Do you even know where you are?” She gestured around the block and raised an eyebrow when her smile vanished. Quickly, her glare returned and she sneered. “What did you just say to me?” She straightened up to her full height, dusting off her skinny jeans before she slowly approached her. “I think you should take that back.” She could not believe this girl! She ran right into her, didn’t apologize, and instead insulted her. This would not do.

Emily tilted her head and looked at the rust color in the sky the scent was around her inside she was crindging but she never should the slight fear she felt in the pit of her stomach, then she looked back the girl and a bit suprised she even thought about charging at her much less actually doing it she smiled coyly streching it across her prestine face. "we're lightening quick too" her eyes then changed to a very milk green color the pupils vanished and a hollow sheen replaced it making her eyes seemas if they were caverns. In a blurr she was behind the girl mocking her every step her eyes back to normal but her face mimicked the girls scowl.

Erika felt a smirk lift up the corner of her lips when she finally spotted the slight fear within the girl. It was nearing night time, the time when a whole lot of Demons were waking up and dominating the city side. However when she saw Emily’s eyes change, her mood plummeted and she knew she was in trouble. Demonic protection or not, she knew she was no match for an Angel; after all she was only mortal. Her breath caught in her throat when the girl suddenly appeared behind her. She spun on her heel and faced her, perhaps with a little less bravado. “I think you should be hitting the road,” she announced before roughly brushing her shoulder with as much force as she could must as she walked past Emily deciding it best to walk away.

Emily just straightened up her smile still in place "and ruin this fun man your a stink" she wrinkled her nose "no really you stink" giggling she ran up next to the delougional girl "you should shower" holding her nose she got infront of the girl her feet walking backwards as she waved her hand infront of her held nose making it looked like the girl had waves of stink rolling off her.

Fury boiled in her blood at the girls antics. She ground her teeth together in frustration as she began walking away though still facing her. She knew this shouldn't bother her, the girl was only baiting her in, but she absolutely hated how it was working. “Oh my Goth!” she growled out in frustration using her very own slang. “What’s your damage?” Taking a few brisk steps towards her she suddenly paused. As Emily continued to walk backwards she’d find herself bumping into someone else. A grin spread across Erika’s lips when she felt a certain Demonic presence. “How do, sis?” she chirped.

Before Emily bumped into a person she just droppped her hands her eyes very dark and sinister she enjoyed making people angery, annoyed, and exspecially making Demon wanna be's frustrated. "your my damamge in fact...." then she hit the wall of a person she turned around her face blank of emotion but fear flew up in her young body as she saw the demonic aura flickering wildly and bigger then normal around the girl. she had encountered demons before infact she had fought one before but they were the same age and experience and she made a lucky get away as her dad came and got her from the demon nest that time. This girl seemed older just as old as Ethan maybe younger but her aura was the same size as Ethan's, huge, and her own aura was three times smaller compared to the two. ' sis' lingered in her mind as her eyes looked to the corners to the girl behind her she wanted to growl before she looked back at the demon girl. "this is none of you business" she practically spat. her body more defensive then anything.

"I'm making it my business," was the Demoness's curt reply. As she glared down at the Angel, her eyes took on a red sheen in the dying light of the day. Her face remained blank of emotion even as she glanced at Erika. “You’re the only one I know that would run into a White Wing on this side of town.” Erika in return merely rolled her eyes in response. The Demoness turned her attention back to Emily. “Now, why don’t you to fly on back to your cloud, you’re starting to annoy me,” the way she said it, it wasn’t a question, it was a command. She made little shooing off motions. “Go on,” she demanded. Erika smirked at the sight and stepped to the side, giving Emily room to move before joining her sister.

Emily just narowed her eyes "and what gives you the right to order me around like i'm your little demon dog" she made a yuck face at the thought of being their pet. "and for your information my wings are not White infact their a rare color" she prompted "more precious then your bat wings" she disgustingly said "so creep into the shadows miss big shot" she bosted. her heart began to race as she bit her tounge 'why is it i always pick the biggest demons to mess with' as she looked up at the demon her eyes began to go back to that milk green color angels were known for.

Donia merely tilted her head. “For your information you don’t look like a Demon Dog or a Hound of Hell. You just look like a little brat that doesn’t know when to keep her mouth shut.” In the background Erika snickered. Donia stared boldly into her milky green eyes with her own blood red ones as if silently challenging her. She was suddenly in front of her, roughly grabbing her chin in a vice grip. “Either run along or I’ll assume you’re asking for a fight, and I can tell that’s not what you want. Your wings might get singed.” Her fingernails turned as red as her eyes and flickering flames hidden under her skin burned Emily where Donia touched her. It was a small threat, but it was there nonetheless.

From a bit of irritated rage Emily lashed out and slapped the demon her holy hand burning the face of the demon "How dare you touch me" Emily's voice changed and for a mortal it would shake their core making them cower. "you wanted to fight the moment you saw me so bring it filthy demon" she growled her inner heart pounding but her bravado was untampered on the outside.

Donia hissed quietly, reaching up to touch her burned cheek. Without even turning to Erika, she spat through her clenched teeth, “Better tell the ‘rents I’ll be a little late.” Erika pursed her lips, debating with herself before taking off down the street. The Demons that had littered the sidewalk were now gathering, drawn by the tension. Donia finally cracked a grin as her skin finally healed; she liked the attention and always put on a good show. Her nails lengthened into crimson claws, more of her Demonic side showing. If this fight turned bloody, only then would her wings reveal themselves, she wasn’t about to draw too much mortal attention. She reached out her hand and blew into the air over her palm, black flames instantly igniting. “Hope you don’t know how to doge!” She suddenly pitched the ball of fire right at Emily.

Emily turned her head just moments before the black fireball hit her it soared into a mans face his demonic eyes reveled themselves as he cried in pain. "is that really all you've got" she tempted thinking inside herself she brought her weapon to her hands in a burst of golden flames so pure human eyes would have to look away, a bow and arrow set appeared on her she strung the arrows with lightening speed and released them at the girl from one arrow sprung hundreds "dodge that darling" she chirped. she wasn't going to revel her wings until the enemy did and she wasn't planing on getting hurt either. She was going to fight until she had to run. ' Dad's sooo going to ground me'

Donia swore when she missed her mark. Still watching observantly as the Angel summoned her bow and arrow, she scoffed. She pursed her lips as she stomped a foot on the concrete sidewalk, the block of cement in front of the one she was standing on lifted in the air, acting as a shield against the now broken arrows. “Oh I’m sorry, were those aimed at me?” she called sarcastically. As the cement fell back in place rather unceremoniously it would reveal Donia tossing another fireball right at Emily’s hands, her bow catching fire. “Feel the burn, Angel Cake.” She laughed as the Demons snickered though they were backing up from the growing fight.

Ethan looked at his watch he and Cindy were playing poker when he realized it was late and Emily wasn't home "Hey C how long has Emily been gone" she just shrugged "i think i won" she sheepishly said as she took all the poker chips "i think about two hours why" Ethan just got up from the coffee table and summoned a ball of white fire the image of his sister shooting arrows at a demon appeared "damn it" he gruffly said closing his hand the ball was gone and he was running to the door "Cindy tell dad i took Emily out to the store for stuff" a small sound came from the bend letting him know she agreed and then in a flash he was across town where Emily was his wings glamoured back into his back as the screams of his little sister rang out the pain could be heard the angel inside her hissed and screamed from the pain. anger corsed through him his blood began to boil as he spotted the demon who injured his little sister. his eyes flashed a gold color the pupil was gone and the cavern like effect replaced it, his eyes were unlike any other angels eyes even from birth it puzzled his adopted father, his strong hand was at the base of the demons neck the burning sensation was more intense then Emilys burn it semed like a scratch compared to his he picked her up her toes dangling from the ground "are you the one who hurt my little sister" he practical growled at her his aura was plumpiting upward with his rage. "apologize you scum" Emily looked at her brother in horror she had never seen him like this except for the one time someone hurt Cindy horribly. He was on the verge of killing her and he would do it easyily.

Donia’s eyes widened when she felt a hand grip her throat. Her breath caught when her feet dangled over the ground. The surrounding Demons could sense the heavily thick Angelic aura brought with Ethan, making them hastily scatter. Donia reached up to grip Ethan’s hands, trying to keep from choking. She felt tears of pain well up in the corner of her eyes from the burning sensation his skin brought on. Clenching her teeth to keep from crying out, she dug her claws into his wrist and yanked until he was forced to let go or lose his hand. She fell to the ground; landing on her knee’s gasping for breath and desperately holding back a sob. Then in a lightening strike, she stretched out her leg and kicked him off his feet. “I’m not the one who needs to apologize, White Wing!” She leapt on him, shoving him back down into the sidewalk before he could get up. As she pulled back her fist, her claws retracted until they were nails so as to not scratch her self. She didn’t waste time as she clocked him in the jaw, the sound of bone colliding deliciously sickening.

Ethan lost himself to the fighter in him as soon as her fist made contact with his jaw. Anger raged even more within him "your dumber then i thought" he hissed his golden eyes peircing through hers. then he grabbed her hair and yanked her down giving him enough time to rise up on his feet. adjusting his jaw the poping in his ear let him know nothing was seriously broken just bruised. once she was up he got closer with her oblivious to his fist it swung and landed solidly on her cheek the thudd was sickening "i'm not much into hitting girls but you made it easy for me" he challeneged. he looked at emily his annoyed eyes made her cower she mouthed a plea of sorry to him as she held her hands, he looked back "now what gave you the right to hurt a girl smaller then yourself" he was still in his defense but by god he was going to get answers.

As their eyes made contact, something strange happened. The air suddenly grew thick and it seemed as if time stopped for a single second before rushing back to its normal pace. Donia gasped when he grabbed her hair and yanked her down, a little dazed from the strange moment before. Quickly though, her rage returned and she rose to her feet, her hair now hanging in her face obscuring something on her skin. She hissed when his fist struck her cheek, the force driving her head to the side, her hair finally revealing the peculiar markings on her face. A pair of eyes watching from a nearby alleyway locked on those markings. Ariel and Alizabell both exchanged a knowing look before turning their attention back to the Angels and Demon. Donia rubbed her cheek as she glared back at Ethan. “By smaller do you mean weaker? Angel Cake came onto my side of town and ran into my little sister and started harassing her! She was just asking for a fight!”
